What Are the Age Limits for Peacely Online?

Peacely Online does not have a specific age limit. However, according to our Terms of Service, users under the legal age of majority in their country must have their legal guardian’s approval to register for an account.

When you download Peacely Online from platforms like Google Play or the Apple App Store, you will find age recommendations in the app's description. Privacy and Processing of Personal Data

Username
Players are asked to create a username during the game’s welcome screene. We recommend choosing a nickname that does not directly identify you in real life to enhance security and privacy. You can change your username anytime through the in-game settings by opening the game, tapping on the related NPC, and selecting "Change Name."

Payment Information
We do not store any credit card information related to in-game purchases. All payment transactions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe or PayPal, depending on your device, using the personal email address associated with that account.

Marketing
When you contact our support via the in-game chat, you have the option to share your email address with us. We will always seek your consent before sending direct marketing messages to your mobile device. Your personal data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

For more information about our privacy and data processing practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How Does Chat Work in Peacely Online?

Peacely Online features in-game chat functionality, allowing players to interact with one another while enjoying the game. We prioritize creating a safe and secure environment for all players.

Team Chat
In Peacely Online, players can communicate with others by joining a team, which may be called a Guild or Cooperative, depending on the game context. Once part of a team, players can use the team chat to converse with fellow members. Teams may be open for anyone to join, invite-only, or closed.

Global Chat
Players have the option to engage in a global chat room, allowing them to connect with other players from around the world. This feature promotes interaction and community building.

Although Peacely Online's chat functionality only allows text messaging, it’s essential to remind young players about their digital footprint. Messages can be copied, shared, and posted online once sent.

Safety Features

We provide regular reminders against sharing personal information. If any issues arise, our games include accessible tools for reporting offensive, inappropriate, or insulting behavior. Players can mute others in global chat if they prefer not to see their messages, ensuring a comfortable chat experience.

All chats come equipped with a profanity filter. We encourage parents to discuss with their children the importance of leaving a team or exiting the game if they encounter someone they feel uncomfortable chatting with. Players can leave a team at any time, and a report function is readily available within the game for flagging any inappropriate player.

How to Report an Issue?

If you or your child encounter a player not adhering to Peacely Online's Safe and Fair Play Policy, you can report them by capturing a screenshot and sending it to us via email with the following steps:

Take a screenshot of the message or player you wish to report.
Email the screenshot along with any related details (such as the player's username and a brief description of the issue) to [email protected].
Your identity as the reporter will remain confidential. Each report is taken seriously, and our moderators manually review all submitted issues.

Are Peacely Online Games Free to Play?

Peacely Online is free to download and play, with optional "in-app purchases" available to enhance certain gameplay elements. While in-app purchases can improve the gaming experience, they are never required to enjoy the game fully.

In-app purchases vary in price, typically ranging from $0.99 to $99.99 (without taxes) in U.S. app stores. These purchases are made with real money and are clearly labeled as such. You can access in-app purchase options directly within the game itself.

Can I Manage or Turn Off In-App Purchases?

If you haven't added any payment information (like credit card details) to your child's device, they won’t be able to make any purchases. If you decide to add payment information for making purchases on behalf of your child, it's important to adjust the password protection settings or disable in-app purchases entirely afterward to prevent unauthorized purchases.

The process for managing in-app purchase settings varies depending on the type of device you are using. You can find the relevant instructions linked below:

Instructions for Apple iOS devices (like iPhone or iPad)
Instructions for Google Android devices (like Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, HTC, Nexus, etc.)

Who Processes In-App Purchases?

Peacely Online does not process payments for in-app purchases and does not have access to your credit card information. All payment transactions are handled through the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, depending on your device, using the personal email address linked to your account.

After each purchase, you will receive a transaction receipt via email from Apple, Stripe, Paypal or Google. If you've purchased multiple items at once, these receipts may be bundled together, and it could take a few days for you to receive them. Please note that these post-purchase processes may change based on Apple or Google policies. Peacely Online does not offer any billing programs.

Are My Bank Details Kept Private?

Peacely Online does not process payments for in-app purchases and does not have access to your payment information. All payment transactions are completed through the App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, depending on your device, using the personal email address linked to your account.

You will receive receipts for these transactions via email from App Store, Google Play, Stripe or PayPal after each purchase. Please note that any post-purchase processes are managed by App Store, Google Play, Stripe or PayPal and may be subject to change.

I've Made an In-Game Purchase, But I Haven't Received What I Paid For. What Now?

In most cases, transactions are processed instantly. However, in rare instances, it may take up to 48 hours for transactions to process through the App Store or Google Play and for the purchased items to appear in your game.

We recommend restarting the app by fully closing it and then reopening it, as this can help refresh your connection to the servers and trigger the in-game currency or items to appear.

If it has been 48 hours and you still haven’t received what you paid for, please contact Apple or Google directly for further assistance.

My Child Accidentally Made an In-App Purchase. Can I Get a Refund?

In general, items purchased in our games (in-app purchases) are non-refundable, similar to most downloadable software products. However, there may be rare exceptions.

If the purchase was made on an Apple (iOS) device: Supercell is not able to handle refunds directly for purchases made on iOS devices. To request a refund, please visit Apple Support and select the "Contact iTunes Store Support" link. Then choose "Purchases, Billing, and Redemption" and select the option that fits your situation best.

If the purchase was made on a Google (Android) device: Please send an email to [email protected] or contact us directly through in-game support. To do this, go to Settings > Help & Support and then tap "Contact Us" in the upper right corner. Receipts for transactions are emailed to you by Google after each purchase.

Please note: Receipts for any transactions are emailed to you by Apple or Google shortly after each purchase. However, if you have bought multiple items, they may be bundled together, which could take longer. These post-purchase processes are subject to change by Apple or Google. Peacely Online does not offer any billing programs.

I’ve Seen Another Site That Offers In-Game Products for Peacely Online. Can I Buy From Them?

If you want to make an in-app purchase, the only way is to buy through the game itself on your mobile device. Be cautious of any third-party sites that promise enhancements for Peacely Online (like “free item” websites, etc.). These sites may collect your personal information, money, or both, and often fail to deliver the promised in-game products. Selling, redeeming, or trading virtual in-game currency is not allowed by our Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT: As with anything related to the Internet, always keep your passwords private and consider changing them regularly. Peacely Online will never ask you for your game account password(s) or credit card information.
